THE HISTORIC Feckenham Wake returns this month and promises to be more entertaining than ever.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the event which starts at 12.30pm on Saturday, June 20, across The Square, recreation field and village hall.
It will offer a mixture of new and traditional attractions, including Punch and Judy, Arrow Valley Brass Band, All Round Voices Choir, Massed Morris Dancers and Feckenham Country Dancers.
The annual Fun Dog Show and circus skills workshop also return.
This year for the first time there will be a craft village with local creators on hand to give demonstrations and for the youngsters there will be a fancy dress craft competition.
There will be plenty of food for all with a pig roast, artisan pizzas, home-made samosas, burgers and street food, along with a real ale bar and a prosecco bar.
For the sweeter tooth, there will be ices, candy floss, toffee apples and a splendid array of traditional sweets.
