STEP out around Arrow Valley Lake this Sunday in the company of Redditch Lions on their annual Easter ‘Fun-Run-Walk’.
This year the big hearted Lions are raising funds for the British Lung Foundation and everyone’s invited to put their best foot forward and join the fun – and all for a good cause.
Even better the weather is forecast to be nice and dry too!
It will be a non-timed event and on offer will be circuits of 2.5km and 5km and it costs just £5 for adults and £2 for children under 10, payable on the day, cash or credit card.
As an extra incentive there will be a bunny hunt for the youngsters to enjoy too – and feel free to come dressed up in a suitable Easter outfit.
Wheelchair friendly, baby strollers too and dog walkers welcome, it promises to be a grand time out by the lakeside in the fresh air.
Not only that but there will be dinghy racing to watch on the lake too as people stroll past.
It’s all happening this Sunday, April 3 at 11am, meet by the visitor centre.
Parking is free and 100 per cent of all funds raised will go to the British Lung Foundation.
