THE Game Fair at Ragley Hall next month will be opened by a 60 shotgun salute, commemorating the event’s 60th anniversary this year.
Held at 10am on Friday, July 27, it promises to be a spectacular event.
Six groups of ten guns will represent each segment of the countryside community, including shooting, falconry, fishing, dogs, horses, food, and gardens.
The groups will shoot with a selection of shotguns firing blank cartridges under the supervision of BASC instructors.
Lord Hertford, the 9th Marquess of Hertford and owner of Ragley Hall, will also attend the 60-gun salute and will deliver a speech reflecting the importance of The Game Fair.
