A REDDITCH-based travel expert who goes that extra mile to create bespoke holidays for her clients is celebrating her tenth year in business.
As part of leading independent travel company, Travel Counsellors, Joanne Kemp has been managing her own travel business since October 2006 and is raising a glass this week following her first decade of success.
Joanne started her leisure travel business from her Smallwood home-based office in 2006 after her 15 year career in high street travel left her with little time for either her clients or her family, and ten years on, she has built up a loyal, diverse customer base.
She attributes her decade of booming business to the unique approach of Travel Counsellors based on putting customers at the heart of everything, ensuring the best travel experience possible.
“I have a personal relationship with all my customers – I craft their holiday with that in mind,” she said.
