MEMBERS of the 11th Redditch Beaver Scouts came together to support the Ukrainian Scouts Humanitarian Response and raised £1,000 for the cause in the process.
In all 28 Beavers took part in a non-stop obstacle course for 45 minutes.
Whilst the youngsters had great fun and overcame tricky obstacles, having Ukrainian flags which they had decorated a few weeks before surrounding the course was a reminder the humanitarian crisis that many others are living through.
Beaver Scout Leader Lesley Spencer said: “We are so incredibly proud of the Beavers and the support their families have shown.
“The event raised an incredible £1,000.”
