A GROUP of travellers have been spotted pitched up near the Abbey Stadium in Redditch.
At least three caravans have been parked on Bordesley Lane since the weekend, according to eye witnesses.
One resident said: “Because of where the caravans are, it takes longer for vehicles to enter and exit the Abbey Stadium car park.”
Redditch Borough Council said it is aware of the situation and ‘following the usual policy’ towards unauthorised camp sites.
A spokesperson said: “Meanwhile members of public should report any concerns they may have directly to the police.”
