Happy to be back as Age Concern charity shop re-opens

THE window coverings are off and the Age Concern shop in Studley High Street is open for business after being closed for months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Regional chief Claire Baffin-Massie said they were delighted to be open again: “It’s been a long time coming and it’s good to be back in the community.

“We’ve got lots of safety measures in place so people can safely come in and enjoy browsing the great selection of things we have in stock.

“Everything the shop earns stays within the local area, helping to pay for our befriending service, helping people with benefits and counselling.”
