POLICE are seeking a man wanted on warrant for serious assault and theft.
Officers believe 36-year-old Steven Hayes, of no fixed abode, is in the Redditch area.
He is described as 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build with short dark brown hair and a dark brown beard.
