STAFF and patients of a local NHS Trust have been working in harmony to produce a new music video as part of a recruitment push.
Called ‘Proud’ and based on the original by Heather Small, the video has been produced in-house and features staff and patients from Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, which runs the county’s community hospitals and is the main local provider of mental health services.
The video showcases the services The Trust provides, which range from physios for children to dementia care for older people, and aims to encourage healthcare professionals and others looking for a career in the NHS to join its ranks.
The Trust, currently rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission, has more than 50 vacancies for posts including staff nurses in community hospitals, health visitors, school health nurses, physios, mental health workers, healthcare assistants, IT project managers and admin and support roles.
