PHASE 2 of the makeover of 1st Church Hill Scouts barn makeover gets underway a week on Sunday, January 29 from 10am – and everyone’s invited to go along and lend a hand.
The work of Church Hill Big Local, who have already carried out extensive improvements there including re-gravelling the courtyard, the event will see the ‘knitting’ of a willow igloo and the construction of raised flowerbeds made from railway sleepers.
Church Hill Big Local is a National Lottery funded organisation dedicated to improving the community and making it a better place to live.
