A PAIR of Redditch heroes opened the town’s new B&M Bargains store.
Rob and Maggie Underwood, founders of Redditch Heart Safe, were chosen to cut the ribbon of the Abbey Retail Park shop on Saturday (October 11).
Children’s favourites Anna and Elsa from the Disney film Frozen were also on hand to entertain as more than 2,000 people packed into the store in search of a bargain.
Maggie said: “It was extremely busy but a great honour and we really enjoyed doing it.”
The store also allowed the pair to collect on behalf of the charity with shoppers donating £160.
