Ross Crawford 26th Nov, 2020

A TRIO of local properties will be going under the hammer at the next livestreamed Bond Wolfe Auction on Wednesday, December 9.

The former Royal Oak pub in Crabbs Cross first started pulling pints in the 19th Century.

Now it’s billed as a prime opportunity for residential development.

Located at 533 Evesham Road, it sits on a 0.35-acre site and has outline planning permission for the development of an additional four three-bedroom semi-detached houses.

It carries a guide price of £450,000 plus.

Keeping with the beer theme, in nearby Studley, 4 High Street is a former ground floor shop with two-bedroom accommodation on the first floor and used to be the village home brew shop.

It now has an approved change of use to a two-bedroom house and has a guide price of £59,000+.

In Bromsgrove, 54-56 High Street, is currently let to WH Smith Retail Holdings Ltd on a five-year lease from June 2017.

It has a guide price of £420,000 plus.

The auction of these properties, plus numerous others nationwide, will be livestreamed at www.bondwolfeauctions.com from 9am on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, with remote bidding by proxy, telephone and internet only.
