POLICE are appealing for information following a car key burglary in Shawhurst Lane, Hollywood.

It happened over Friday night, June 1, when a bunch of keys containing house keys and car keys were left on a desk but in the morning they were on the floor and the car key was no longer there.

A blue Fiat 500 parked outside was also gone.

Officers are now appealing for information from the public.

PC Joann Jinks for West Mercia Police said: “We would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time who saw a blue Fiat 500, or anyone acting suspiciously prior to the incident.

“I would also urge anyone who knows who is responsible to come forward. You can speak to the police directly or remain anonymous by contacting Crimestoppers.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 152S of 02 June 2018.

Alternatively, if you want to give information but don’t want to give your name you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or use their anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

Crimestoppers are not part of the police, when you contact them you won’t be identified. The only person who knows you have given information is you.
