‘A GLAD heart makes a cheerful face’ – that’s the motto of a new singing group which has been launched by The Salvation Army in Redditch.
Singing by the Heart is a dementia friendly ensemble which has been launched by Emmanuel Church and The Salvation Army at its Ipsley Street headquarters.
People are invited to go along or bring their loved ones to the free sessions which are held on the third Thursday of every month from 2pm to 3.15pm.
The emphasis is on community, belonging and singing together.
