ARTS in Redditch (AIR) will be launching their 10th pop-up gallery in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre on Thursday, November 22.
As always the gallery will showcase the great variety of artistic talent at work in the Redditch area, and encourage others to get involved in the creative process.
Work on display will include paintings, drawings, ceramics, needlecraft, jewellery and photography, and all the work will be available to purchase for collection at the end of the event on December 2.
More than 50 local artists will be involved in this latest event, some for the first time and the gallery will be open 9am until 4pm weekdays and Sundays, and 9am until 5pm on Saturdays.
Malcolm Hall, Chairman of Arts in Redditch, said: “This is the 10th occasion on which we have run these twice-yearly Pop-Up Galleries in the Kingfisher Centre and these events have helped to demonstrate just how much interest there is in arts and culture in Redditch.
“Once again, we have had fantastic support from Ken Williams, Fiona Faizey and their colleagues from the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, without whom these events could not happen.”
The gallery will occupy a vacant retail unit in Park Walk in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, opposite Waterstones.
