NEW legislation, energy efficiency and homelessness reduction are on the agenda at the next Private Landlords’ Forum.
Private Landlords across Redditch and Bromsgrove are invited to the free event which also gives the chance for questions and feedback.
Experts from organisations including Redditch Borough Council, the National Landlords’ Association and BDHT will also be on hand.
The Council’s Strategic Housing Manager Derek Allen said: “This is a popular event and feedback is always positive as it enables our private landlords to keep up to date with current legislation, prepare for changing legislation and to network with their colleagues and experts in their field.”
