REDDITCH will be less than 30 minutes away from the HS2 rail interchange to be built at ‘Arden Cross’ opposite Birmingham International Railway Station.
The 350 acre development has just taken a major step forward with the creation of the Arden Cross Limited Company to steer the project.
The site, on the east side of the motorway, is on a triangular piece of land bounded by the M42, A45 and A452.
HS2 is expected to arrive in the region in 2026, with the interchange station providing direct access to London and other regional centres.
