THE Kingfisher Shopping Centre was evacuated yesterday evening (March 25) after concerns over a fire.
A spokesperson for the Kingfisher said: “The safety of staff and shoppers is always our first priority and the centre was evacuated as a precaution.
“After investigations to ensure the area was safe the centre reopened after 25 minutes.
“We apologise to guests for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
