LAKESIDE Industrial Estate is nearing full capacity after Edge Equipment Hire signed a five-year lease to move into unit nine.
The specialist equipment hire company is set to relocate from its existing head office on Earls Common Road to the new 6,800 sq ft facility.
Neil Slade, director of property consultancy Harris Lamb, said: “This is a popular estate within the region, extending to over 200,000 sq ft over 17 units.
“Despite Covid-19 we have been able to complete this letting quickly and the business is currently in the process of relocating to the site.”
