Lantern Walk to be held at Morton Stanley Park this Saturday

Ross Crawford 11th Dec, 2019

THE annual Lantern Walk to remember those we love who have died will be held in Morton Stanley Park this Saturday, December 14.

Organised by the child bereavement support charity Touchstones, everyone is invited to go along, reflect and share moments of peace remembering.

One Redditch family who will be going is the Jarvis family who lost a daughter, Carla.

“It’s for families and individuals who, in the run up to Christmas, want to remember someone they love,” said Vicki Quarton from Touchstones which works across both Redditcdh and Bromsgrove.

The walk will be short and buggy, granny friendly and Father Christmas has promised to put in an appearance at the end. Lanterns available for £5 or bring your own. To reserve one call Rob on 07491 968695 or email rob@touchstones-support.org.uk.

For new referrals contact Vicki on 07547 367267.
