A LARGE amount of cash was stolen during a robbery at the Post Office on Drakes Cross Parade in Hollywood.
Shortly before 7pm on Monday, three masked raiders entered the Post Office via the back door. Once inside they assaulted a staff member before gaining entry to the safe and stealing the large amount of cash.
They also stole a computer and a mobile phone.
The susoects wore black jackets, jeans and black masks, and took the cash away in a blue duffle bag. They fled the scene in a black Honda Civic with a registration number starting with ‘PY08’.
Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious, or has CCTV or video doorbell footage which may show the vehicle or the robbers is urged to get in touch.
