ASTWOOD Bank Scouts have recently returned from a great week of fun and adventure at the Kent International Jamboree.
Attended by more than 5,000 young people from all over the world, Scouts had the opportunity to go sailing and climbing, to try archery and to drop onto a giant airbag.
The youngsters also enjoyed a day trip to the Tower of London.
Scouts were also thrilled to meet Chief Scout Bear Grylls who dropped in to the camp to encourage the young people to make the most of the opportunities Scouting has to offer.
He also appealed to adults to give more young people the chance to join the Scouting adventure by volunteering their time as leaders.
