A LOCAL home care company has been given the thumbs up by its clients and caregivers in a satisfaction survey and has also been honoured with a 5 Star Employer Award.
Home Instead Senior Care Redditch & Bromsgrove, which specialises in relationship-led care for older people, has received the seal of approval with 100 per cent of its clients recommending the home care provider.
The independent survey by Work Buzz also revealed that 100 per cent felt their caregiver was well matched to them and 96 per cent felt their caregiver was properly introduced to them before starting to work with them.
In fact the results were so positive that the company has been awarded with a Five Star Employer Award.
