A LEADING local childcare provider has been raising money for Breast Cancer Now by ‘Wearing it Pink’ for a day on October 23.
Staff and children at Bright Kids Studley, one of five nurseries in the Bright Kids Group, dressed all in pink and did a host of pink activities, including making a pink arch of balloons.
The children also made cakes and took part in pink games and together they raised £180 for the charity.
Nursery manager, Lorraine Cull said: “Breast cancer touches many lives and most of us know a family member or friend who has been affected by this and it seemed such a good cause for Bright Kids to support.”
Breast Cancer Now funds lifesaving breast cancer research and supports care for those affected.
