A DRIVER had a lucky escape after a crash in Redditch this afternoon where a car ended up on its side.
It happened shortly before 3pm on Birchfield Road in Headless Cross.
There was just one car involved in the collision.
Paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service attended but no-one needed medical treatment.
Firefighters from Droitwich Fire Station attended and made the vehicle safe.
The road was closed for around 40 minutes while the emergency services tended to the scene and it has since reopened.
