A MAN was seriously injured near Inkberrow yesterday (Sunday, September 3) when his Hyundai and an oncoming Ford Ranger pickup met with a smash.
The crash happened at around 3.50pm on Sunday on the A422 Inkberrow to Flyford Flavell road, when the blue Hyundai was travelling away from Worcester and the white Ford Ranger pickup travelling in the opposite direction hit eachother.
The driver of the Hyundai – a man in his 50s – suffered a serious head injury and was taken to hospital, but no-one else was injured.
Police are appealing for witnesses of the crash to come forward and would like to speak with anyone who saw the vehicles and the manner in which they were being driven prior to the smash.
