A DESPERATE robber threatened a man with a BB gun before stealing his phone and wallet on Sunday, March 7.
The incident happened at the junction of Fordbridge Close and Middle Piece Drive at around 8pm.
West Mercia Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Detective Constable Tom Pritchard said: “The victim was able to grab the man who was threatening him, at which point the attacker ran away.
“The suspect was described as six foot tall, stocky build, wearing a black jacket, face mask and had a strong Birmingham accent.
“A replica BB gun was found at the scene and seized by officers.
“I would ask that anyone who recognises this replica gun, or who was driving past the junction on Sunday, to get in touch.”
