MEMBERS of a non-profit organisation in Redditch have been busy designing their own video games this month.

Your Ideas Youth and Community Project, based on Dilwyn Close, has been running design workshops for its users who have autism.

The users, aged between 15 and 25, have designed their own video game storylines and characters – including heroes and villains – and merchandise to accompany the game.

Your Ideas’ worker Imogen Morris, said: “On June 14, between 6 and 7pm, members will be pitching their game ideas to a panel of gaming experts.

“A number of prizes will be given out – including to those with the best video game designs.”
