THE MET Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow across Redditch.
According to the Government agency, showers of hail sleet and snow on Tuesday evening could leave a covering of 3cm to 6cm in places, especially on higher ground.
A yellow warning has also been issued for ice with forecasters suggesting: ‘The public should be aware of the risk of tricky driving conditions’.
The latest forecast for the borough by the Met Office suggests we could be getting some of the white stuff from 8pm this evening (Tuesday), until about 1am tomorrow morning (Wednesday).
The yellow warning currently in place for the West Midlands for snow urges residents to ‘be aware’ of the situation.
