A MOTORCYCLIST was lucky to escape major injuries after being knocked off his bike in Redditch.
The incident, involving a man in his 20s, happened around 5pm on Tuesday night (September 8) while the rider was stationary near the island between Sainsbury’s and the Abbey Stadium.
West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed an ambulance and a community paramedic were sent to the scene.
And, after being assessed at the scene, the man was treated for minor injuries before being discharged.
