WITH THE Christmas break drawing to a close, West Mercia Police are urging motorists to extra take care when driving past the town’s schools.
As the new term is set to begin, weather conditions continue to be cold, dark and wet so commuters should be cautious when passing sites – particularly in the morning and at the end of the afternoon.
Officers urge anyone on the school run, whether it be morning or afternoon, to take a moment to think about their safety and the effect that their actions may have on others to help try and make 2016 a year without a single accident outside Redditch schools.
