THERE’S a rare treat in store for music lovers at St Stephen’s Church this Thursday, July 18.
The choir of St Augustine’s High School, fresh back from a tour of Croatia, will be performing in the church at 7.30pm followed by a performance outside the front entrance at 8.30pm.
On tour the choir sang at Pula Cathedral and at St Eupemia in Rovinj to packed out audiences.
The band meanwhile played in harbours and local town squares with one restaurant saying the ensemble had literally saved his business and he never seen so many people dancing in the street in all the years that he had lived there.
