PUPILS from Beoley First School got up close and personal with nature as part of an eco-friendly day.
Children from all year groups took part in activities including creating collages out of bottle tops, role play about beach pollution as well as pond dipping, planting and orientating.
It is part of an annual scheme to teach pupils about the importance of the environment and sustainability.
Headteacher Sally Davies said the day was a big success and the children had lots of fun learning about how to become eco-friendly.
