NEW FREE accredited, functional maths and English courses are set to begin for people in Redditch aged over 19.
The six-month courses, starting from next Monday, September 2, are being run by Batchley Support Group which is now an accredited exam centre for Pearson/Edexcel.
Learners will be invited to the group’s centre in Prospect Hill to complete an online assessment to ensure they are enrolled onto the correct level course for their needs.
Sessions will be held with small class sizes and offer tailored support with friendly qualified tutors to ensure learning at a suitable pace.
Participants will get recognised qualifications at the end of the courses.
