YOUNGSTERS from across Redditch and Bromsgrove will have a spring in their step from tomorrow (Saturday) when the eagerly-awaited trampoline park at Imagination Street opens.
The development makes the venue, owned and ran by Matt Jinks and Kevin Grubb, the largest combined soft play and trampoline park in the Midlands.
Kevin said: “We are thrilled and excited to be able to once again be at the forefront of children’s entertainment by bringing together two different activities in one space.
“It will be godsend for families where there children with different interests that would previously have seen mum and dad going off in two different directions.”
The trampoline park has been constructed by Continental Trampolines and incorporates a wide range of activities to keep children of all ages and abilities.
Parents will also be able to have their youngsters’ birthday parties held at the venue along with autism clubs, sessions for children with special needs, toddler mornings and adult exercise classes held in the park.
“We want the soft play and trampoline park to be hub for the community and to be enjoyed by as many people as possible just as we have been for the seven years we have been operating in Bromsgrove and Redditch,” added Matt.
Customers will be able to use the soft play area or trampoline park individually or as a combined ticket.
The pair have also teamed up with Jonny Turner from Redditch Trampoline Club who is a level 4 trampoline coach to offer lessons.
There will be two under five classes during the day on a Tuesday and Thursday from 10.30am to 11am and two over five classes running on a Thursday evening from 6pm to 7pm (five to nine-year-olds) and 7pm to 8pm (ten to 16-year-olds).
Working on a range of skills and in line with the UK Gymnastics Competition Structure there will be a bronze, silver and gold certificate to work towards resulting in an accredited qualification.
