DON’T miss the Redditch Music Festival this Saturday in and around the bandstand on Church Green.
The free event starts at 12noon and goes until 4pm before continuing at the Black Tap pub, Queens Head and Kingfisher Shopping Centre later in the day.
A number of festival bands and performers will be playing throughout the day and into the evening including The Hedgerow Crawlers, Totem, Stuart Woolfenden, Voodoo Club, Imaner, Clem Dallaway, Ash Mandrake, Steph Bubb, Dom Hawthorn and Dan Domhnall Mitchell.
There will be an acoustic tent outside St Stephen’s Church all day and Indigo Arts and The Violettes will also be performing in the Kingfisher Centre from 6.30pm.
Steve Barnes, Redditch Music Fest organiser, said: “There will be music for everyone, whether you enjoy vintage classics, folk music or rock, the selection of performers is fantastic and should result in another successful Music Festival for the town. I am delighted to have Indigo Arts involved this year and for generous sponsorship from Redditch Town Centre Partnership and Vintage Trax records.”
There will also be bouncy castles, activities and stalls organised by the borough council and members of the community.
Redditch Music Festival has been organised by Redditch Borough Council, the Community Bandstand Committee and Redditch Music Fest. It has been kindly sponsored by Redditch Town Centre Partnership and Vintage Trax.
