STUDENTS at St Bede’s Catholic Middle School (Academy) were treated to a visit by swimming superstar Jo Jackson on Friday (October 23).
The Olympian, a bronze medal winner at the 2008 Beijing Games, spent time with pupils discussing swimming tips and advice before hosting a question-and-answer session where the youngsters asked their burning questions.
Pupils also took part in a fitness workshop which included a variety of exercises which brought out the competitive streak in everyone.
