People of Redditch urged to come forward as Redi Centre wants more helpers

Redditch Editorial 15th Sep, 2017   0

THE Redi Centre is expanding what it offers Redditch youngsters – and is appealing for more volunteers.

The South Street centre’s youth group sessions are now in full swing following the summer lay-off and there’s a trip planned to the West Midland Safari Park on Saturday, October 7 for the Junior Youth Club.

This club runs on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm for children aged eight to 11.

The centre is also expanding its music and recording studio offering at its Monday and Friday Youth Club sessions. Youngsters can learn a variety of instruments as well as learn to DJ.

However, the centre is also appealing for more volunteers to help with a variety of tasks including working on reception, fundraising and gardening.
