THE manager of the Redditch branch of Papa John’s pizza parlour has thanked residents for helping to raise £300 for ITV’s annual charity appeal, Text Santa, which this year is supporting Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish® UK and Save the Children.
The pizzeria saw free pizzas handed out to the first 100 people that came through the doors, and, for a donation, guests also received an ITV Text Santa badge.
Papa John’s set a minimum donation of £3 for the pizzas with all the money going to appeal. The store is also donating 50p from all XXL pizzas sold during the festive period.
