A PLAN to build 23 new homes on land between Moons Moat Drive and the Coventry Highway has been revealed.
Applicant Fort Estates has sought planning permission for a mixture of 15 two bedroom homes and eight three bedroom dwellings.
These range from terraced, semi-detached and detached properties which it says are designed to reflect the characteristics of development to the north.
The site lies next to an existing housing estate and is located within Church Hill.
Plans for 14 three bedroom residential homes on the site had previously been submitted.
The proposals also seek to remove a number of existing trees from within the centre of the development.
However under the plans the existing hedgerow and tree planting around the boundaries would be retained to preserve some of the green features of the site.
