THIS weekend it’s Worcestershire Open Studios, the county’s largest free art event, back again for its sixth year.
After being cancelled last year because of the pandemic, artists are eager to welcome visitors to their studios, gardens and shared spaces to share their work and talk about how they make it.
In all more than 80 artists are taking part at 58 locations across the county.
In Redditch April Kirk of Lighthouse Glass on Evesham Road, Astwood Bank will be showing off some stunning examples of her work.
“Visitors to the studio will be able to see me demonstrating how I make these pieces and what goes into them,” she said.
Meanwhile at Kingcot Gallery in Flyford Flavell painter Rowena Davis and glass artist Vicky Kitchen will both be demonstrating and showing their works of art.
