OUTDOORS or in – play never stops for Inkberrow Bowls Club.
Chris Angel and Mac Eaton are the latest winners of the Short Mat Bowls Tournament, played indoors during the winter at the club’s Pavilion in Sands Road, Inkberrow.
Inkberrow Bowls Club members also play indoors during the winter in two leagues at Littleton, near Evesham.
Alan Slater, club president, said: “We’re looking forward to a lovely summer season, with plenty of sun and a much improved, new sprinkler system.”
Inkberrow Bowls is holding its annual Open Day from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, May 10. Everyone is welcome, including children with adults.
The outdoor season is expected to start on Sunday, April 13, weather depending.
