He’ll explain how Studley, with or without the Eastern Gateway, will still get more than its fair share of HGVs and his regrets at Stratford District Council’s decision to sell the green belt land that forms the southern part of the Gateway development.
He’ll also lift the lid on how areas of Redditch like Winyates Green could follow Studley and Alvechurch’s example and set up a Neighbourhood Plan to protect their communities.
