POLICE have issued an appeal after a man was seen indecently exposing himself and committing a sexual act on a footpath near Lineholt Close, Oakenshaw at around 5pm last Saturday (October 10).
The offender, a white man of medium build between 5ft 4in and 5ft 7ins tall, has short, light coloured hair and was wearing a royal blue hooded jacket.
