A THUG armed with a knife forced a cyclist to hand over his bike near Studley village hall last Saturday afternoon, September 4, at around 2.45pm.
The offender was about 6ft tall and was wearing dark clothing and a face mask.
The bike he stole is very distinctive, being bright orange with orange tyres.
Anyone who witnessed this is asked to call police on 101.
Thieves also struck in the Rose Pool are of Outhill beyond Mappleborough Green over the night of Wednesday into Thursday, September 1-2.
A car port entered and four wheels of cable, three drills, a dark blue Boardman road bike and black and white Khouta Karma road bike were stolen.
On the same night nearby all four wheels on an Audi A6 were stolen.
The car was secure and parked on driveway but the thieves managed to break in and use the jack to lift the vehicle.
