POLICE are appealing for information following a robbery in Redditch on Wednesday 2 February.
The incident happened between 11.50am and 12.10pm on Unicorn Hill where two teenage boys were threatened by three other teenage boys, two of whom were carrying knives.
No-one was injured but a phone and wallet were stolen, though later returned.
Detectives believe that witnesses in a parked taxi may have disturbed the suspects who then walked away.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in relation to the incident and released on conditional bail.
The detectives are speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage to help identify two other teenagers who are believed to have been involved.
They would like to hear from the people in the taxi and anyone else who was in the area at the time who may have information which would help with enquiries.
