WEST MERCIA Police and Crime Commissioner, Bill Longmore, has funded a Restorative Justice team to encourage the process of bringing victim and offender together.
The team, which will include staff from police, youth offending services and victim support, will work to bring together those harmed by crime with those responsible for the harm as a way of enabling everyone affected to find a positive way forward.
The news comes as Restorative Justice Week is in full flow until Sunday (November 22).
