POLICE in West Mercia and Warwickshire have issued an online help page to enable local residents to ‘making the right call’.
This they hope will reduce the number of calls going in to their communications centre, releasing staff for emergency calls and to reduce waiting times on the 101 number.
Areas overed include neighbour disputes; excessive noise; road faults; assault; road traffic collisions; cyberbullying and online harassment; missing persons; fly tipping; home burglary; civil dispute; dogs fouling and barking and parking issues.
