Police take to the road to bring home crime prevention message

POLICE in the Alcester North and South areas are launching a Crime Prevention Roadshow.

Over four days in June the Safer Neighbourhood Teams will be visiting different parts of the area and offering crime prevention advice and free property marking.

Using their mobile police station, people are invited to pop along to visit the team and bring along any tools or valuables they would like marked with ‘Cremark’.

Officers will also be able to offer crime prevention advice or to listen to any concerns they may have.




Here is their local schedule:

Monday, June 11:


9.30am to 10.30am – Sambourne – Layby in Whitemoor Lane.

10.45am to 12.45pm – Studley – Pool Road Car Park.

Tuesday, June 12:

2.30pm to 3.30pm – Wootton Wawen – Location to be arranged.

Wednesday, June 13:

11.30am to 12.30pm – Aston Cantlow – Location to be arranged.

12.45pm to 1.35pm – Great Alne – village hall car park.

2pm to 44pm – Alcester – Bulls Head Yard car park.
