ACTIVITIES and advice to boost wellbeing will be on offer this weekend at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
A two day advice shop organised by Redditch Mental Health Action Group, as part of the borough’s second ever Wellbeing Week, will include children’s activities and crafts while youngsters will also be able to make smoothies and healthy snacks with the Yum Tum Club.
Organisations including Early Help, Mentorlink, Mental Health Support Group, Health Trainers, Samaritans, Bromford, Homestart and Gideons are set to offer information about the support they provide within the borough.
The advice shop will be open from 9am to 5.30pm today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday) in Evesham Walk near Primark.
